Who we are

Voxe AI Academy (academy.voxeai.com) and the Build More Grind Less Community (community.voxeai.com) are run by Voxe AI. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• When you register for a class: your name, email, phone number, city, state, country and ZIP code, the type of organization you work for, and whether your business is BBB Accredited. You can also choose to tell us your industry, business size and gender.
• If you used a partner's link: which partner link you signed up through (for example, a BBB chapter), so we can credit them.
• When you attend: whether and how long you joined an online class, or that you checked in at an in-person event.
• In the Community: your profile (name, photo and short bio), what you post, comment and like, your course progress, and when you were last active (to show "Online now").
• Link clicks: when someone clicks a class sign-up link, we count the click and store the browser type and a scrambled (one-way) version of the IP address, never the address itself.

Class recordings

Live classes are recorded and may be shared as Voxe AI training. Students only receive a replay when a class offers one. If you'd rather not appear on camera, you can keep your camera off and use the chat.

How we use it

• To run classes: confirmations, reminders, join links and (when offered) replays.
• To run the Community, including email alerts when someone replies to you (you can turn these off on your profile).
• To understand which classes and partner links are working, and to report results to the partner you signed up through.
• To keep in touch: we keep your contact details in our customer system and may email you about future classes and Voxe AI services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

• The partner you signed up through. If you register through a partner's page or link, we may share your registration and attendance details with that partner. A partner only ever receives the people who signed up through its own page or link. Partners never see each other's signups.
• Service providers that run the platform for us: hosting (DigitalOcean), email delivery (Resend), the video classroom and recordings (Daily), and file storage (Cloudflare). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• When the law requires it, for example to respond to a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a few cookies to keep you signed in, to make your one-click class link work, and to remember which partner link you came from. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies today. If that changes (for example, to measure ads), we'll update this page first.

Your choices

• You can change your email and password in your account settings, and edit your Community profile at any time.
• To get a copy of your information, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We'll take care of it unless we're required by law to keep something.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections, private storage for recordings, and access limited to people who need it. We keep your information while it's needed to run classes and the Community, and for our records.

Children

Our classes and Community are for adults and businesses, and are not directed to children under 16.
